Iโve been off the wagon for a few weeks now from stress. I gained 13lbs in 3 weeks, most of which Iโm hoping is water weight, but now I donโt fit into a dress I need to wear on Saturday. I think i gained 2-3 inches in my waist. What are you best tips for slimming your waist down/ cutting water weight?! Recently Ive barely been working out because of stress from nursing school. I used to work out 3 times a week, eat pretty clean, and try to drink a gallon of water a day. I lost 50lbs this year and Iโm not stoked that I basically ruined it in a month. ๐ญ
