5'2" 36F SW 126, CW 116, GW originally 115 but maybe I'll try for 112. After having my second kid in summer 2021, I still had about 5-10 extra pounds of baby weight. I didn't want to be one of those moms who 'give up' and are just satisfied with their post-baby weight. Plus I wanted to fit into my pre-baby clothes again. Since puberty I've been about 120 lbs without dieting - generally slim all over but with a pudgy belly 😆. In my 20s, I ran many half marathons and one full marathon and strength trained a little bit. My lowest weight was 110 before my wedding 6 years ago. So 2 months ago, I started eating 1,300 calories a day, averaged 7k steps/day and exercised for 30 min 5-6 days a week (now 4 days strength, 1 day HIIT). I lost 10 lbs and my waist went from 31" to 28.5". I still have lower belly pudge (always the last place to lose for me!) but I feel good about my progress so far. I'm going to keep on going and try to hit my 80g daily protein goal (any advice on low cal veg options?) and probably work my glutes more. Anyways I wanted to share as this sub has been super helpful to me!
