Help finding shorts

Post Body

I am trying to find some good shorts that are somewhat modest to wear to physical therapy that aren't real wide in the leg on me. I have to do certain positions sometimes like a 90/90 with feet on the wall and like a 90/90 hip stretch on the table. I have worn my Nike tempos that I think are a 3 inch inseam and I am usually an XS in most brands and I am thin. I feel self conscious in these when doing the hip stretch because I feel like people can see up my shorts. I have one pair of some 2 in 1 shorts with the shorts liner that would help with this issue. My problem is I can't find any more anywhere that I like. The ones that I have are the old C9 champion brand target used to carry. All the ones I've tried on are extremely baggy and wide in the regular short part over the liner. I could also wear like a biker short. For that I would prefer 5 inch inseam at least. I'm also self conscious in those because I don't have good underwear to wear under those and don't feel comfortable not wearing any underwear. My favorite option would be something like the adidas essentials slim shorts. I tried these on in the store and I like the cut of the legs on me. They are not baggy, but just a tad short. But I think I might go back and get these because they're all I can find and I think I would be more comfortable in these over my tempos.

Does anyone know of any other shorts that have a slim/straighter style leg? Or a good kind of 2 in 1 shorts that are not baggy or super short? Also not wanting to spend $40 for one pair. Or any tips for wearing biker shorts without a VPL? Thanks!
