Is weekly deficit increase a good idea?
Post Body

Hello, ive recently completed a bulk and now just working on cutting for the summer and im coming down from 2400 kcal surplus. I want to maintain the muscle i already have. My tdee is 2000 and im eating about 130g of protein which is more than enough if im going by the .8 g/1 kg body weight rule. I work out 3x a week lifting heavy and now that its summer ill be walking and sprinting more. I am also already using my jump rope so i will be active along with the dieting.

I can go about this cut 3 different ways

-start with a 300 cal deficit, then 200, then 100, changing every month

-increase the deficit by 200 calories every month

-increase the deficit by 100 every week until i cant anymore

This is meant to go till the last 1st week of august.

Which one is the healthiest, and which is the most effective?
