How do I as an 4’10 51kg 21 year old become more confident with my body. Any tips that doesn’t involve male validation? This is what I look like as of January and I believe I have lost more weight since (unintentionally, currently suffering from extreme stress due to life). My weight has fluctuated all my life. First started at 15 years old because I wanted to impress my ex and be his dream girl so I put on weight using apetamain and that made me really swollen looking and fat (from 40kg to 57kg in 4 months). After 16th birthday, I aggressively went to the gym, consistently performing German volume Russian sets for all compound exercises ( I turned fat into muscle, I looked good but at the time, I thought I was still fat @ 53kg). During lockdown, I gained 2kg. And then after lockdown, slowly started losing the weight and muscle due to stress because I struggled with getting back into the gym (more so muscle loss). My clothes always feels super tight but I don’t fit my clothes like I used to despite being smaller in weight.
