I know lots of it is lightening in the second pic (bc trust me I don‘t exactly look like that irl) but I was still SO shocked when my boyfriend too the video of me… my especially because I was slacking so hard with my nutrition and sleep in the last months. Just shows you don‘t have to do perfect, just try to do good. I try to not skip my glute days.tried to go heavy on my main lifts (KAS glute bridge, Hip thrust, RDL) at one point but peddled back to perfect my form and mind muscle connection because I stopped feeling my glutes. Step ups, bulgarians and back extensions are staples. I never switch up my routine even though i‘d like to and feel like i‘ve plateaud, but I love my exercises and am scared of new programs lol.
