Iā€™m 5ft, 212lbs and 35% BF

12 months Postnatal and easing back into lifting again.

Current exercise - been doing for just over a month

Sedentary desk job ~6k steps a day / Swim 2-3x a week / Lift weights 3x a week (push/pull/legs)

Diet around 1,200 - 1,400 (less if a rest day)

Carb under 50g / Protein 130g / Fat 50g min

I do 18:6 IF

I want to lose weight to get back to 110lbs. What macro split would be good for that? I have tried a few calculators but they all say different things. Iā€™m so confused now.

Iā€™m trying to not focus on the scale as much and measure instead, as it have dropped inches but my weight loss has slowed.

Iā€™m getting confused about recomp and cutting and could use some advice.
