Iām 5ft, 212lbs and 35% BF
12 months Postnatal and easing back into lifting again.
Current exercise - been doing for just over a month
Sedentary desk job ~6k steps a day / Swim 2-3x a week / Lift weights 3x a week (push/pull/legs)
Diet around 1,200 - 1,400 (less if a rest day)
Carb under 50g / Protein 130g / Fat 50g min
I do 18:6 IF
I want to lose weight to get back to 110lbs. What macro split would be good for that? I have tried a few calculators but they all say different things. Iām so confused now.
Iām trying to not focus on the scale as much and measure instead, as it have dropped inches but my weight loss has slowed.
Iām getting confused about recomp and cutting and could use some advice.
