Can I achieve hypertrophy if I don't have heavier weights can I increase repetitions?

31f 5ft 140lbs 31% body fat. I did a recomp for the last four months and my muscle definition is looking awesome and I'm getting closer to my fitness goals but still have body fat to lose. I started stagnating in the last month and I can't afford a gym membership. I have a bench, a few dumbells and a pull up tower but cannot afford more weights at the moment can I simply increase my reps?
