I hit my goal weight of 120lbs today. Here's some progress pics from the last 2 years.

Hi everyone! I hit my goal today and I'm super proud of myself.

A little bit about myself and my weight loss journey: I'm 20F, 5'2(and a half lol) I've struggled with my weight most of my life, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at 12 which played a huge role in my weight. I thought I was destined to be overweight forever.

It's been 2 years since I made the decision to start eating more mindfully and be more active. It probably wouldn't have taken as long as it did if I was more consistent in the beginning but it is what it is and I'm thankful to be where I am now. I started CICO and that helped me more than anything else. The only exercise I've been doing is yoga and occasionally running on a treadmill. And chasing my toddler around of course.

I'm about 65lbs down as of today and I feel so much better. I'm so much more confident in my skin. I fit in size small shirts and dresses which I never thought was possible. I can comfortably wear crop tops in public without the fear of judgement. I have more energy than ever before and I am just so happy with my appearance and overall health.
