Ive been able to wake up early before work for lifting and it has been able to become a part of my daily routine. But finding time to incorporate cardio has been an ongoing struggle. I work full time in an office job and I have evening classes, so I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle and very limited time for working out.
If you are someone who incorporates steps (doesn’t have a lot of steps through active lifestyle, needs to consciously do it) or does regular cardio. How and when do you find time?
I was thinking of running before I go to sleep but I’m kind of scared to run in the dark and my gym is pretty far to drive late at night for using a treadmillðŸ˜
