Need help determining my activity level and TDEE

As the title states, I need help determining my activity level and TDEE.

I go for walks for approximately 1 hour (50-60) minutes everyday (I walk fast), averaging around 7-8K steps.

I also do weightlifting 3 times a week for 15 minutes (Chloe Ting) where I focus on lower body on the first day, upper body the second day, and full body the third day. However, I don't do any weightlifting on the days of my period (1 week).
