I want to gain weight like maybe around 9-10 lbs, and I am planning to do a very slow bulk as I don’t want to go through cutting phase at all, after I reach my goal weight I will probably gain more or just maintain based on how I feel and look so each week I am planning to gain like 0.25-0.5 pounds but my weight on the scale keeps on fluctuating. I eat a heavy dinner as I don’t have time during day to consume multiple snacks plus I have carb heavy diet, so I am wondering how am I going to know if I am doing things correctly or if I need to add more calories.
