Progress is slow and not linear but TAKE THOSE PICS!!

When I hit my highest weight at 140lbs, I was shocked and knew I needed to change. That was the hard part - changing my routine. I struggled with mental health issues and binge eating at night (which I still am working on) but slowly started moving more. The biggest change for me has been working out and attempting to eat somewhat healthier (more protein, less sugary snacks). I do some treadmill (run 2 miles- in reality it’s a mixture of walking and jogging) and have recently got into weights by watching Caroline Garvin who has been kicking my butt! I thought I’d share my journey so far - it’s slow and there’s still more work to go!
