So Iโm training for a 10k which means Iโm running at least 3-4 times a week. I want to incorporate one strength training day over the weekend but it needs to be full body just so I can target all areas. What do you recommend I do on these strength days? I usually do 30 mins on machines (roughly 3 leg machines, 2 arms, 1 core) and 30 mins mat work (mixture of squats, core exercises, arm weights). I know itโs vague, probably because of my lack of expertise in strength training, but does this sound ok? I usually go for 4 sets of 12-15 reps. Happy to go into more detail if needed!
