I know I’m being silly but…

I’m so sad how much the scale has gone up after 3 weeks of enjoyment! I was 143 pounds and now I’m 149 :( I had a trip with work, my birthday and my period in those 3 weeks so I know I should be easy on myself but I can’t stop thinking I’ve undone a lot of hard work because I enjoyed myself. I’m back on the wagon today but feeling disappointed in myself!
