I hired a coach and asked for a meal plan because I’m new to macros but she suggested doing macros and not a meal plan because I’m vegetarian! But I’m having such a hard time making myself a meal plan any tips ? All i have nailed is my post workout meal I’ve always had oats with a little protein egg whites blueberries almond butter. Also I’m so scared to eat 200 carbs i used to eat around 150-170max my macros she gave me are 120P 50F 200C I’m 5“4 21 trying to build muscle is those carbs too high?
