Reaching my first milestone is so hard
Post Body

Height: 5’3.5/5’4?

Hi there, Feeling really discouraged. Started at 76 and currently at 68. I’m trying to go to 65, maintain for a bit and then eventually 60. My weight has been fluctuating for the past 3 weeks around 68/69. Previous to the three weeks, I was on my period and ate a lot of snacks as it really hit me. But I’ve been following my diet, just IF and CICO since then. I typically eat 1200 calories daily as that’s manageable for me. However I’m not really seeing progress on the scale, I just measured my body for the first time since March so I can’t truly tell whether I’m losing inches or not. Should’ve been doing that. It seems like little inches are going off my thighs, as everywhere else had inches lost.

I’ll admit that there’s been one day every week where my diet hasn’t been the best. I’ve typically eaten around 1800 calories, so maybe that’s why.

Currently I have 2 weeks left for school, I would really like to shed the remaining 3kg so I can focus on maintaining as I get into the summer. Any tips for what I can do to overcome this stall?
