How long did it take until your significant other noticed visible changes?

I have been working out for 5 months now, mainly doing Caroline Girvan’s Epic 1 program and I work out 5 days a week. Today my partner made a remark that he has not noticed any visible changes in my body ever since then. I feel kind of frustrated now.
