I've never been so fucking depressed.
I'm working out every day. Rest days are my yoga days. I drink a protein and a greens shake every day. I weigh myself on Monday mornings.

You need to track your macros and make sure that you’re in a calorie deficit. You can do all the stuff you listed but if you’re not in a calorie deficit you’re not going to lose weight.
Only you can tell us based on how your body responds :)
Yeah, most people do some arbitrary number they hear in the media or something. That’s why it’s best to get a baseline and then very slightly decrease from there. People that cut way too many calories never sustain it, so whatever weight they do lose they end up getting it right back.

You’re on the right track, then just make sure that you’re very accurate because most likely if you’re not losing weight, then you aren’t truly in a deficit. I commend you though for being at a slight deficit not a large one which most people do and that’s a big mistake because they can’t maintain that.
