What cut of pants is this?

I keep getting this type of pants in my pinterest feed. But I can't work with the suggested websites (I'm in Europe). What do I need to google to find this? I love this "triangular" shape of a tight and high waist, wide hips and a slimmer pant leg. I don't know if these end in a wide leg or a tapered leg - I'd take both.
