Where can I find work-appropriate for office environment shoes in US (online or otherwise)

Any suggestions for US-based shops online or otherwise that might have semi-formal or at least nice enough casual shoes? I work in office environments and have just resorted to wearing sneakers which are limiting. I'm a kids size 2 or 3 and women's size 4.
There used to be a Stride Rite near me, but it closed. Target has been OK, but hit or miss re: quality.

I've had some good luck with Nine West heels! Not too pricey and surprisingly comfy. Perfect for office wear.
