I am a 22 year old female and I'm currently abstaining for pre-employment. I have struggled all my life with stomach issues and was diagnosed at 16 with IBS. Shortly after my diagnosis I started smoking and noticed a severe increase in quality of life. I wasn't vomiting for 9 hours straight, could actually sleep without waking up from pain, constipation went away and I just generally felt better physically.
Today was my first full day without weed since then. It was going great up until about 5 PM. Stomach pains started killing me super bad, I tried to eat and it only made it worse. Took some ibuprofen but it didn't help. Any advice? It's been a long time since I've felt this shitty
