I've got a question regarding night sweats when stopping smoking.
I'm a daily smoker, and if I don't I get terrible night sweats to the point where I sometimes change sheets halfway through the night. This lasts for about two weeks, after that they'll subside and I'll conclude most bad stuff is out of my body. If I smoke before I go to sleep, no night sweats at all.
I've been wanting to quit again for a while, but the dread of those long sweaty nights is really keeping me from it. Then I got to thinking about CBD drops, and was hoping taking them would trick my body into thinking I'm still smoking and not sweating like a maniac. Additionally it might help me fall asleep, which also ties in with why I smoke.
Does anyone have experience using CBD drops to ease off the stuff a little easier, or are there any other things I could be doing maybe?
