Haven’t been on this subreddit in awhile. Anyways, back when I was more active on this subreddit, I was struggling to lower my intake on weed. Since then, I have taken maybe about 2-4 tolerance breaks but my intake would still go back to the same. Granted, it’s not the same as it was before but I am here to say that it still takes a lot of time.
I look back and I am disgusted with how much I smoked… Of course the amount I smoke now can be a lot better but at least i’m not smoking in the morning and all throughout the day.. It’s only ever really in the afternoon or at night.
Now, I am preparing to start another tolerance break because I feel like I have been using a little more than I should. Being disciplined is super important if you really want to go on a t break, especially if you still have your stash somewhere in the vicinity…
I’m trying to go on a week tolerance break this time just so I can reset my tolerance just a little, and from then I’ll only use once in awhile.
This is day 1 of my t-break and I will let you guys know how I feel throughout the week.
