Protein & carbohydrate needs

Peter talks extensively about the need for high protein but not much about carbohydrate requirements for building and maintaining muscle.

I’m finding it a struggle getting enough protein and leaving room for carbohydrates with a moderate calorie deficit as I’m needing to loose 40-50 Lbs.

I’m strength training 3x a week with a couple cardio workouts in there too.

58M, 220 lbs

I’m shooting for 200g of protein & 2000 cal.

What should my carbohydrate goal be?
