This is kind of hard to express and explain and maybe it’s ‘me specific’ … but let me try to at least see if anyone here understands what I’m saying…
When I get into a good zone of daily exercise (for me it’s a ton of zone 2, some HIIT, weights and yoga) for a few months in a row, after that duration I start to feel this like, intensity in myself that feels kind of disrupting and distracting.
I never feel ‘relaxed’ unless I’m close to bed, I’m always thinking about my next workout it, I’m always on edge more.
If I take a break for a week or so, I feel back to normal and chill?
Am I just over doing it? Is my cortisol increasing too often? My wife even mentions that I’m a lot more chill and relaxed when not doing 1-2 workouts per day.
I find when I’m not working out too often, that I can sleep through the night just fine. However when I’m working out a lot, I fall asleep very easily but jolt out of bed more often.
Anyone else ever feel this way?
No biggie if I’m just being stupid here; I read this sub daily and appreciate all the conversations.
Just looking for anyone else who may feel the same way.
