Pete may have officially ended suspended his 2020 Presidential campaign, but if the election in 2016 taught us anything it was don't trust Russian bot farms losing a primary can lead to four years of building a genuine coast to coast movement to be reckoned with.
As you go through the various stages of grief (or other emotional roller-coasters) associated with your chosen candidate leaving the field take a moment to remember the historic nature of Pete's 2020 campaign. A virtually unknown, under 40, no name recognition, openly gay candidate won Iowa.
Also consider taking some time off. Listen to music instead of NPR for a week. Abandon Reddit for a week and maybe abandon Twitter for life.
Finally remember Pete's Rules of the Road. Good rules to take with you whether you remain here to chat or migrate toward another candidate. As always remember that we're all in this together. We should be Vote Blue No Matter Who. And we should definitely be looking at down ballot elections (check out /r/VoteBlue for some of that).
