Mental Health Fixation
Post Body

It’s one thing to ignore your body and mind, and another thing entirely to fixate on it.
Turns out, everyone has anxiety, we just used to deal with it. Now, it’s a condition even in those who would otherwise be fully functional, but nervous about something.
By the current definition, everyone has PTSD now too. Really??
Name most mental conditions, and most people have a touch of it from time to time. But nowadays we spiral into those willingly. Gleefully.

If I have a splinter, it sucks, but it’s hardly going to ruin my day. If I fixate on it, it’s agony… unbearable.
If I feel sad or helpless, it sucks. If I fixate on it, I’m in serious trouble.

Everyone needs to calm down.
Everyone needs to stop wearing their insecurities and nerves as social cred.
