This is Sterling our first pet mice. Unfortunately this is the only good photo I have of him. My wife and I absolutely love him. We got a hamster cage kit from pet smart where we bought it him. The staff was saying that he was aggressive with other mice and was going to sit alone in the enclosure till he was bought. My wife had to have him. The cage is only temporary as we plan on buying a 30 gallon fish/reptile tank with reptile lid as we have two cats and a dog. Our main concern is the cats as the dog doesn’t care about Sterling.
We are open to suggestions and advice from other parents. We are doing as much research as we can to make sure he has a happy life.
Also suggestions on what is vital to put in the cage to make sure he has enough entertainment in his cage
