Hi hopefully this the right place to post
Im starting a subscription based company in Nz, im the sole director/employee of the company, not planning on paying myself to start with until i can afford to get an accountant. I have another full time job making good money so don't need the money from it asap just want to be a bit more comfortable long term if this works.
Im currentlt using xero to track my inputs and expenses before i launch the company. Is there anything i can start doing to make sure i dont get into any legal trouble or make it extremely difficult for an accountant in the future. Do i need an accountant with no employees? Is this side of thing more simple than I think it is?
Cheers
