Why is my credit score low and how can I get it up?

I’m 18 and have a credit score of 199, I have never borrowed money, used any form off credit, inquired about loans or anything as I knew this would lower my credit score. I have a decent amount in savings and I am seeking to buy a house within the next couple of years but I am not sure if I will be able to get a mortgage with such a low credit score. Both of my parents have gone bankrupt so I’m wondering if that has something to do with it, but please help me. I have no idea why my credit score is so low and how I can get it to go up.
