Update: after a total of 8 hours waiting today and yesterday I got through and it was opened in 30 seconds :)

After 3 x 1 hour failed attempts yesterday to get through to RBC Security department, I tried again today and decided to try the french line. To my surprise I was offered a call back which seemed just perfect. 3 hours later, I get a call back, asking me if I still want to talk to RBC. I happily press 1 expecting to be next in line...I have now been on hold for 40 min. Is there hope, or are the closed for the weekend and just keeping me on the phone as a sick joke? Its 6.42pm mountain where I am in Alberta.

I dont miss much from Europe, but...
