RBC 3 months free Apple TV+ Offer not working?

After talking to 3 service specialists and spending over an hour on the phone, I have no Apple TV and I have been locked out of my online banking (since they asked me to sign in from numerous devices on Incognito) and told that it will probably be over an hours wait to get through...
My question to you guys:
Has anyone successfully redeemed the Apple TV offer from RBC? I have a sneaking suspicion that the offer simply doesnt work, and that it just never got escalated at RBC so the offer just stays up.
