So I have a TFSA with Neo Financial (well their partner OneVest) and I wrote them 10 days ago on help how to move it to another Financial institution

I got back a cheery mail saying they were so happy that I wanted to move TO Neo Financial and gave me the steps for that...I politely wrote back that no no, I want to move away from Neo Financial.

Since then no reply...

I am a bit worried since this is a move fast and break stuff start up where most of their products are half finished and buggy as hell, especially the invest part (according to the app my investments are UP -46.03$...)

Anyone succesfully moved their TFSA away from them? At this point im more curious to see what they will say (I have a feeling they have never done it before and dont have a procedure for it) but my last resort is just to close the TFSA with them withdraw the cash and put it in with RBC next year when I have the contribution room back.
