How to dispute Equifax and other credit reports

I had many credit cards one of them was PC financial credit card . I left Canada and came back for a visit on 2011 and noticed fraudulent transactions to PC and they mentioned they will take care of it, I left eh country again and now that I returned to check my credit score and I see PC financial messed up my score. They put 1 default, 1 late payment, 1 refused payment that totally messed the score. I closed the account in 2018 without checking what they reported to Credit unions

How do I go about disputing these old transactions with Equifax? Any tips?
