What's the best Revolut equivalent for making foreign currency purchases?

I have to look into this for a Canadian colleague. Here in the UK we have a lot of options for fee free purchasing like Revolut and Chase UK, but it sounds like Canada is lacking these? We'll need to but Amazon UK vouchers a few times over the course the course of a year, what's the best and easiest card/app to use for this in Canada? My guess is Wise, but can we get anything cheaper?
