I’ve had it with Scotia Itrade, it seems the entire company is run my incompetent people. The customer service reps are zero help, I’m told the call back to talk to a supervisor is 2-3 weeks and now they are threatening to place an account of mine on hold because they are missing paperwork that I can prove they received through correspondence.
That’s not even to speak of how crappy their app is.
So I’m seriously considering moving my entire investment portfolio (TFSA, cash accounts, RESP) over to a new investment provider.
Who do you folks use and who would you recommend ?
