Hello PFC,
I've been constantly contributing funds into VGRO for the last 2 years. The last 2 years made me realize that I am willing to take on more risk and would like to go 100% equities. My time horizon is 15 years (I am currently 27 years old) as this will be my retirement fund or whenever I need it after the 15 years minimum.
Currently I have 20k in VGRO in Questrade TFSA with lots of contribution room. My VGRO has about 9% unrealized gains. What would be the most optimal way for me to switch over to VEQT? Should I not be overthinking it and just sell all my shares and buy as much VEQT all in one transaction?
Thank you in advance!
