Pandemic Pay Bonus

Hello Reddit,
I am a Front Line employee that falls under the criteria to get The Pandemic Pay promised from The Government Of Canada. I have yet to see the Pandemic Pay. I recently got a memo stating that would be getting a "bonus". This "Bonus" is roughly $2000 less then the Pandemic Pay. What should I take of this, I'm confused is there anyone in The Government I can talk to about this?
