I've been looking over my fathers earnings and deductions since English isn't his first language, and I've noticed that the earnings are wildly inconsistent. He works set hours every day (amounting to 88 hours over the course of 2 weeks) but the earnings stub lists hours that just keep fluctuating. He will one week have the 88, the next 81.... repeat.

Is there anything I can do to help him for this? He has said he's gone to speak to them about it, but I don't know what transpires since my dad isn't the best talker. What outlet can I pursue about this, because it seems honestly scummy that he's missing pay because they keep fucking over his hours somehow when it's the same every week.
