I don't know how my employer came up with the calculation for my stat pay. Also only (partially) paid for 1 instead of all 3 (Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years) holidays.

My pays are the exact same. Its my part time job. $18/hr 4 hours a day, 20 hrs/week,Mon-Fri. I always get $748.80 after vacation paid out and after deductions(cpp,ei,tax) its $668.21. Im paid biweekly. My cheques have been the same for 6 months. I never work weekends or holidays or overtime or miss any days. I clean an office type building if it's important.

My latest pay date was Jan.10/2025 for pay period ending Jan.4/2025. I got 28 hrs at $18 = $504, $21.46 vac, 1.8 stat at $18= $32.40. $557.86 before deductions. After deductions $498.53

Shouldn't my pay be the exact same it's been for the last 6 months? All the other holidays my pay was the same. How should I bring this up?

Depending on your pay period you may get the remainder in the coming weeks. In my workplace, we usually have to wait for the stat pay to reflect at the end of the month. I have 3 paychecks this month so this period I'm getting 25th & 26th and next pay period I'm getting new years.

Not sure if that helps put it into perspective at all. Talk to your payroll though.
