Got a call from collections!

My auto loan has been pushed to collections and I got a call from them after like 3mnths and they asked me whether I want to continue the EMI and keep the car with me. I said YES and they said they will inform FCR and they will get back to me.
Its been weeks since she spoke to me and I haven’t received any mail or call regarding this.
Anybody knows anything abt this process?
