I work remote for a US company and get paid in USD via Wise. It's a decent gig and I earn around 85K annually.
I don't really follow fluctuations in currency exchanges and have until this point just been sending the money to my Canadian bank account. It is converted to CAD plus a small fee through Wise.
Now I'm thinking I should pay more attention to fluctuations before requesting a conversion and sending the amount in my Wise account to my bank. Is there a good strategy to go about this besides just observing things from the POV of general trends?
