Getting big bank to match rate?

Post Body
I work for RBC but the rate we get as employees is terrible compared to what places like True North and Pine (through Wealth simple) offers, almost .40%. if I go through the trouble of getting approved with Pine is RBC likely to match the rate or are they so big and get enough suckers that they will just let me go to the smaller competitor? I realize smaller brokers might have more limitations and less portability but with a saving of almost 2k a year im ok with that.
Thx :)
