Hey PFC, im hoping I can get some advice that will calm my nerves and help me trust the process.
On November 14, I ordered two pairs of shoes and a pair of pants from a company that sells workout clothes. Long story short, I waited a month for my order to be shipped (I never got it) and the company was useless in helping me the entire time. I asked for a refund to which they said no, I need to wait X amount of days. By December 17, still nothing so I demanded my money back and that if nothing gets resolved, I’ll reach out to TD/Visa to dispute the transaction. My total order was $593.25.
Anyway, on the 17th, they issue the refunds. One for $68.25 and the other for $525.00. I only received the $68.25. I reached out again this morning and they said they sent the money, it’s on TD/Visa now. I contacted TD/Visa and they said they can dispute the claim of $525.00 on my behalf to which I happily agreed to because I’m fed up of dealing with this company. All I had to do was fax them the two confirmations of the refunds.
I’m feeling a bit anxious about the process, will I be penalized somehow? I just want my money back!
