Hey everyone.

So I’ve had no support from RBC. I never get any incentives or any real customer service, as well talking to the financial advisor and credit specialist to apply for increasing my credit line. I stated that if my odds don’t seem great or even worth applying let’s not do it , I’ll wait

He said things were good to go, I never got an email back and then reached out to an advisor at my branch where he had to track him down, to then find out he didn’t verify my email or phone number.

This was about a week, to then get a phone call and say I was denied with no real explanation.

I am wondering who you all would recommend banking with or who provides the best service overall and borrowing/lending opportunities.
