I'm one of the owners of Rancho Delicioso, an eco village we're building near the coastal towns of Montezuma and Santa Teresa/Malpais on the Pacific Side. (www.ranchodelicioso.com)

We're running weekly programs teaching a series of 8 two-hour classes, as an "Introduction to Permaculture" series. In addition, our guests do daily yoga, go to the beach for surfing/swimming, and have a chance to try many other activities such as aerial silk dance, archery, raw chocolate making, and more.

Our main teacher unexpectedly has to leave the area and so we're searching for a replacement teacher, either short term or long term. There are several options:

1. Short Term - Come to live here with us on the farm and teach for a few months while we search for a long term teacher.
2. Long Term - If you'd like to move to Costa Rica and have exceptional permaculture teaching skills, then you could be our new Permaculture leader. Our area of Costa Rica is one of the best in the country, with lots to do and a great group of people who live here.
3. Investor - If you have the financial resources, you could partner with us, by either buying a lot here in the eco village and living here while taking over the program, or you could invest in the land/program itself and be part-owner in what we're building. There are many possible options here for the right candidate.

This is truly a dream opportunity for the right person, certainly such opportunities to live and teach your passion for permaculture can’t come around very often, and we are awesome people… an international group who came together from the U.S., Canada, Colombia, France, Nicaragua, and of course Costa Rica. Light hearted, easy to get along with, laughing a lot, and dedicated to our work without being so strict that we lose the joy in what we're doing.
