ISO Case studies in large scale permaculture (+1500 lbs food/wk)

I work at an agg park thatʻs substantially reshaping our local food system on an outer island in Hawaii. Buuuttt weʻre fairly conventional, albeit organic practicing. Does anyone have case studies/examples of permaculture systems that are producing 1000s of lbs of food a week, particularly ones I could go visit? We live in Zone 11, so subtropical examples are particularly appreciated. Thanks gangey!
