In April 2021 a PDC group designed a 20 bed mandala garden as a long trm soil experiment and veg garden. We have since built that garden with a series of volunteers, working one day each week. We are BRIX testing the veg we grow to measure quality and using no dig, compost and biochar as soil ammendments. the farm itself has an holistic managemetn plan and has embraced permaculture and organic techniques since the ownership sifted by a generation in 2013. Still a long way to go, but the farm stakeholder group has created a CIC as a community interface that sits along side its food business. We are making plans to host an advanced PDC in September. We are near Oswestry Shropshire, right on the border with Wales.
