My period went away after I experiencing grief/stress. It seems to be self-regulating now?

A continuation from the discussion on another thread. I haven’t done anything special to try to return to normal. Just giving it time and focusing on lowering stress in my everyday life by using breathing techniques and trying not to sweat the small stuff.
If it’s still wacky in a few more months I’m going to try other strategies.
